DRY: Gingah hides in the shadows, sneaks up and kicks you, letting you know there’s ginger in here, and then sneaks back away into the dark. This guy is sessionable, so be warry; the 7% ABV sneaks up on you too. Perfect lawnmower mead.

Lucky One 5.8% ABV
SWEET: Mead made from clover blossom honey. Notes of cinnamon and nutmeg flavors coming from the clover honey.

Bochet 7% ABV
OFF-DRY: Wild-flower honey carefully caramelized for several hours prior to fermentation.

Lil’ Guy 4.0% ABV
DRY: Floral honey flavor. Light and crushable.

Lil’ Cherry 4.0% ABV
DRY: Lil’ Guy with cherries.

Lil’ Blueberry 4.0% ABV
DRY: Lil’ Guy with blueberries.

Port of Call 15.1% ABV
Mead made with caramelized wildflower honey, aged in a bourbon barrel for over a year. Reminiscent of a dry port, this mead is meant to be savored.

Apple Margarita
Featuring Bellis’s agave spirit, fresh lime juice, cider, and Gingah with a cinnamon sugar rim.

Not-Negroni
Fifth State gin and White Amaro with I’d Tap That. A Connecticut and mead version of a classic.

Cosmosetta
Fifth State vodka with our cranberry cinnamon shrub and Orange Blossom mead. Takes inspiration from Cosmopolitain and Pointsetta cocktails.

Spiced Winter Sangria
If Holiday Spirit had a taste this would be it — Orange Blossom mead with nutmeg liqueur, pomegranate, and cranberry shrub.

Maple Fashion
Akin to an Old Fashioned. Featuring Litchfield’s maple bourbon, sweetened with Litchfield’s barrel-aged maple syrup. Finished with Bochet to make this the easiest drinking Old Fashioned this side of the Connecticut River.
