Custom Mead

Description

Would you like some mead made from a particular honey? Are you interested in certain spices, fruits, or other flavors in yor mead? We love making bespoke meads!

Let’s customize a mead together! Here’s how it works:

1. Meet with our head meadmaker to choose the honey and any added flavors*
2. Read our regular email updates during the several weeks of the fermentation and finalization process
3. Receive your mead – which will probably be in the range of 4-7% ABV (alcohol by volume) depending what you decided with the meadmaker
4. Serve and enjoy

A one-of-a-kind beverage, starting at just $225 for 5 gallons, is a perfect addition to any special event – particularly Christmas, weddings, birthdays, anniversies… you get the idea.

*Note: some types of honey and certain fruits/spices/flavors may require a small increase in cost, which we will discuss during your meeting.
