When I bottled Port Of Call in July of 22\, I immediately filled that barrel and another rye bourbon barrel\, too. Yesterday\, I blended those two barrels back into one batch. 2 years old already. Why blended? Well\, the idea is that the flavor should be more rounded with the OG Port Of Call barrel offering softer wooden tones and the fresh rye bourbon barrel offering that sharp bourbon infused goodness.”
