SUMMARY:Charity: Drink Beers for Veterans (and Mead)
DESCRIPTION:A ruck march is when you take a walk with a backpack full of stuff. This is a ruck march for a cause. And it will be a lot of fun too.\n\n\nJoin Talon Bergen\, veteran and owner of Bergen House\, in a Veterans Day craft beverage ruck march.\n\n\nWe will start in the Bergen House parking lot and ruck over the bridge to Concentric\, ruck marchers will have the opportunity to raise a glass and then we will head back over the bridge to Stubbon Beauty and Forest City Brewing companies (they’re in the same building.) Ruck marchers will have the opportunity to visit both breweries before heading out back to Bergen House where we will finish our ruck in time for one more round.\n\n\nTotal distance: just under 4 miles.\n\n\nPacking list: none – you carry the weight you want to carry. (please bring water!)\n\n\nThe suggested donation is $10 (of course we will accept larger donations) all of the money raised will be given to Fisher House which is an awesome charity that provides housing to veterans and their families when they need housing near rehab facilities and hospitals so that the veterans can receive the medical care they need.\n\n\nThis is four rounds. Please consider how you will be getting home or plan on hanging out for a while. Have fun AND drink responsibly.
