Free Karaoke the 1st & 3rd Friday of every month

January's artist is “Nora from Moodus”, and if you missed her on opening night, you can come meet her at this open house!  Here's how the artist describes herself:

“Nora from Moodus”began as a way to share original photo images in the form of wall decor and notecards.

To make a long story short, I discovered that after years of sitting behind a desk, it is possible to find new ways to grow, enjoy each day, and be a part of the larger community. My mentors and friends at the East Haddam Art League and the East Haddam Museum have enriched my life immensely and it is a tribute to their encouragement that I can present my work at Bergen House.

I am a Connecticut native, Army veteran, and graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University. My family roots are traced back to pre-revolutionary times and that is why I remain here in Moodus, Connecticut.

My hope is that Connecticut will continue to attract visitors and promote local businesses. Thank you for your support and interest in my photo images!

Big band jazz music from @affinityjazz. Always a hit here at Bergen House, so you're gonna want to make it out for this - something like 17 piece big band! Dude, these guys shake the rafters!
